Polaris Bank assumed the assets and certain liabilities of erstwhile Skye Bank effective Friday, September 21, 2018.
Mr. Omokayode Mudathir Lawal is the current MD/CEO of Polaris Bank Limited following the dissolution of the erstwhile board by the regulatory Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
