Follow the steps below to make your request:
Login to PolarisXperience with your username and password
- Click the “Service & Request” tab.
- Select “Cheque Book Request” option to navigate to the Request Page.
- Select the account for which the Cheque book is being requested.
- Select your preferred number of cheque leaves
- Pick a delivery location from any of our branches across Nigeria
- Confirm all details are accurate and click Submit to send in your request.
- You will receive a notification once your new Cheque Book is ready for collection at your preferred branch.
