Requirements for receiving MoneyGram transfers in Polaris bank
  • Eight (8) digit Transfer reference number
  • Bank Verification Number
  • Sender’s name and country of origin
  • Test question and answer (where applicable)
  • Expected amount
  • Fully completed form
Requirements for sending MoneyGram transfers in Polaris bank
  • Sender’s information: Name, address, telephone number
  • Receiver’s name and country
  • Bank Verification Number
  • Test question and answer (where applicable)
  • Amount to be sent in Naira

A maximum send limit of 1,000 USD Naira equivalent per customer per quarter, as stipulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria
